I am inspired by elements and teachings from the Abenaki culture. I create contemporary Indigenous art on glass and on canvas. Much of my artwork relates to our connection to nature, especially animals. The introduction to glass artwork broadened my artistic outlook. The design of my art on glass has sparked another part of my creative self. Glass allows me to explore colour, texture and shape construction. The reflection in glass and colour provides opportunities to demonstrate my adventurous spirit and passion to create unique art.
